· Reschedule Class/ Cancel Subscription
Reschedule, Makeup & Cancel Instructions
Step 1: Log in to your child’s profile dashboard. Under Upcoming Classes, click on the class you would like to reschedule.
Step 2: Choose an Option
Reschedule = same week change (free).
Makeup = cross-week ($10 fee) / cross-campus (pay tuition difference).
Cancel = Yearly Plan only (1 credit per 10 classes, max 3 per year). Monthly Plan: no credits.
Step 3: Go to the calendar page → choose the new date you want.
Step 4: Confirm changes, system updates automatically.
